Earth’s Melodies (Room 2)

Inspired by the Works of Candilynn Fite

Based upon two works by Brenham’s own Candilynn Fite, Earth’s Melodies (Room 2), provides tranquility and comfort through warm colors and textures. This downstairs room is the most private room on property due to an entrance hallway. The room is furnished with a luxurious king size bed and a comfortable sitting/reading area. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Big Red Truck (Room 3)

Inspired by the Works of Ann Karol

The Big Red Truck, a work by Ann Karol of Fort Worth, Texas, provides the vision for this room. Bright without weighing heavily on the senses, confidently optimistic without arrogance, relaxed yet sophisticated, this upstairs room will delight. Big Red Truck is furnished with a fantastically comfortable king size bed and sitting/reading area. The private bathroom boasts an antique tub/shower and the original floor tiles!

No children under 12; no pets.

Old Victoria (Room 4)

Inspired by the Works of Leiann Klein

With colors and textures inspired by the works of Leiann Klein of Miami, Florida, Old Victoria will leave you rested, recharged and ready to take on the day.

Probably the only facet of the jewel that is Main Street House which has remained un-touched from its previous life as a B&B, is the frosted door separating the bathroom from the bed chamber. This second floor room overlooks the street, has a luxurious king size bed, sitting/reading area and has a shower in the bathroom.

No children under 12; no pets.

$170 – $235

Bridging The Divide (Room 5)

Inspired by the Works of Joyce McCown

The shiplap walls drew in the works by Joyce McCown of MoonShadow Press. Bridging the Divide (actually named “Language is a Nice Bridge, but Sometimes You Need a Boat”, obviously too long to engrave on a door medallion) and the works of Ms. McCown are simply a natural fit. But please, don’t try to connect the split bathroom… you’ll never make it! This second floor room has an amazingly comfortable king size bed, sitting/reading area, a shower and two sinks!

No children under 12; no pets.

$185-$260

Gathering Rooms

Grab breakfast in the kitchen, take your plate out to one of the tables in the Gathering Rooms, and enjoy the start of your day with a cup of French Press coffee. Or, perhaps a smoothie and granola bar on the way out the door. Play a few tunes on the baby grand, or strum along with your favorite songs. Go ahead, the instruments are right there ready for you to share your talents (but here’s fair warning: if we hear you playing, and you’re really good, we may make you play for your breakfast!). Choose a game from the cabinet and play with friends, old and new. Want a good seat for the parade? It’s waiting for you, right on the front porch. Want to relax outdoors, but away from crowds? The deck out back is calling your name. This is what the Gathering Rooms are all about.
