MSH Apartments

One Extended Stay & One Traditional Rental

Behind the Main House Bed & Breakfast, we have two apartments available to the public for rental. 409A is available as a traditional home rental. It is a two story apartment/townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The other, 409B, is an upstairs fully furnished apartment available for short leases or extended stays. Unfortunately, the apartments are not part of the bed and breakfast, so breakfast is not included with the rental of either. Details for each apartment are located below. Apartment 409A

Unfurnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom

This nature inspired space has Mexican tile floors downstairs with wooden flooring and carpet upstairs. The 3,000 square foot home has built-ins throughout and windows everywhere. Downstairs has a full bathroom, 2 living spaces, the kitchen, a dining area and access to a small back yard porch. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms set up as a Jack and Jill floorplan. The master bedroom has room for a home office or sitting space with access to an upstairs porch.
This unfurnished apartment is $2,000.00 per month, plus utilities. Rent includes 2 covered parking spaces, access to shared laundry in garage and wi-fi. Leases are available for 3-12 months with a one month deposit. Pets allowed under special circumstances.

Apartment 409B

Furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom

This fully furnished apartment is decorated with an industrial modern vibe which creates a comfortable home away from home. The large living area has several seating areas and flows into the dining area off the large kitchen. The master bedroom is large enough for a king bed, sitting area and work station. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable chair and large closets. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill style with each side having a sink and toilet. Plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
This 1,800 square foot apartment rents for $2,000.00 per month. Rent includes $250 credit towards utilities, shared laundry in the garage and one covered parking space. Pets allowed by special circumstances. Lease terms available 30 days to six months with sliding deposit depending on the length of the lease.
Apartment 409B can also be rented as an extended stay for a minimum of five (5) days for $250 per day plus hotel occupancy tax (13%) for up to four (4) people. No pets allowed in extended stays. True service animals always welcome but must be disclosed at booking.
